“Of Hand & Heart” speaks of the dry stone walls surrounded by the beauty of the Great Langdale valley. When I get up close to these walls, I imagine what it was like for those who spent their time building them, rock by rock, hand by hand and the love that must go into doing so, whilst overlooked by the nature of the valley. How peaceful, meditative and rewarding it must be, how nurturing for the heart and soul.
