“Roll n’ Rock” is a vibrant representation of the rolling landscape in the Lake District and the many meandering dry stone walls which are part of the landscape and represent the interaction of family, history and ownership with the land. I find the dry stone wall rock so tactile, and I imagine the many stories these walls could speak of. Together, the rolling landscape and rocky walls hold stories of time, wildness and nature, that which is slowly, but continuously, evolving.
